Beginner - Advanced Yoga

This is your path if you want to study yoga.

You are a current or beginning student with no therapeutic or over-stress issues.

Your basic classes are:

  • Levels Classes: Level 1, 2, 3 etc…
  • Pranayama and Supported asana classes
  • Specialty Workshops
  • Deep Study monthly course
  • Guest Teacher Workshops
  • Private Sessions quarterly to assess your practice

You may also want to participate in the following:

  • The Teacher Apprenticeship Program

In this track you will be challenged to continuously grow your practice on all levels including:

  • Learning the Sanskrit names of the postures
  • Practicing Pranayama
  • Learning about the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
  • Studying and practicing the Eight Limbs
  • Exposure to basic anatomy

Black Belt Program

There is an option to join our Black Belt Program at any stage of your learning. You can purchase the materials packet for each level of course work, study at your pace then participate in the fun weekend of testing for your level “belt.”
