Stress Management

This is your path if you are stressed-out physically or mentally or want learn and practice the relaxation response as part of your recovery from illness.

Your basic classes are:

  • Stress Reduction Classes
  • Supported Asana Classes
  • Pranayama Classes

In this track you will be challenged to continuously grow your practice on all levels including:

  • Learning the Sanskrit names of the postures
  • Practicing Pranayama
  • Learning about the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
  • Studying and practicing the Eight Limbs
  • Exposure to basic anatomy
