Manouso is one of only two Advanced Senior Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructors in the U.S. He began his studies with Sri B.K.S. Iyengar in 1976, and in 1984, served as chairperson of the first International Iyengar Yoga Convention. After numerous trips to Pune, India, and 30 years of dedicated practice and teaching, his understanding of Iyengar yoga is transmitted with precision and insight.

Methodical in his teaching, Manouso develops a strong foundation in the asanas while progressively building the refinements of the pose. Manouso’s dynamic teaching style will move you beyond your perceived limits.

Friday	Asana	6:30-8:30p.m.
Saturday	Asana	8a.m.-10a.m.
Saturday	Asana	noon-2p.m.
Sunday	Asana	8a.m.-noon

Cost
Full Weekend prepaid prior to November 1st = $175
Full Weekend paid after november 1st = $195

Mail check made to Yoga on Centre 6016 Penn Circle S., Pgh, PA 15206 or give payment to your YOC teacher. You must sign up for the full workshop even if you miss one or more of the classes. Send the full amount with your registration (form below.) Refunds will only be given prior to December 1, 2011 if a waitlisted student can ﬁll your spot. Refunds will not be given for any part of the workshop after the workshop has begun. You will not receive a conﬁrmation card. Presume your spot for the workshop is reserved unless you are contacted otherwise.
