Regular Session

* Drop-ins not allowed in some classes. Check schedule for classes.

$65 / 1 hr class
$85 / 1 hr session with Sara

TO REGISTER
Just come early to the first class, or mail your payment in advance. Wear t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Have bare feet and an empty stomach. Please do not wear perfume, scented lotions or scented deodorant products.

MAKE-UP POLICY
Missed classes are to be made up in any other class during the same 12-week session in which they were missed. Make-ups may not be carried over into the next quarter. No refunds. In emergency cases classes will be converted to drop-in rates and may be used for private sessions.


SUMMER BREAK
There will be a break (no classes) September 27 through 30, 2010. Fall Quarter begins Friday, October 1.

New Students
Generally new students should begin in a level one class or a supported asana class. It is acceptable to begin a couple of weeks into the quarter. However, after four weeks, new students should definately begin in supported asana then begin level one when the next quarter begins.

In order to learn the level one syllabus of postures and to learn the basic actions, we ask students to attend six to nine months of level one before moving to level two.

* Special Discounts
To make yoga accessible to everyone, we are now offering a for-donation class on Wednesday nights. All are welcome. Pay what you can at class time.

We are also offering a 20% university student discount at this time.
