Regular Session
$144 / 12 Weeks 1.5 hr class per week
$192 / 12 Weeks 2 hr class per week
$96 / 12 Weeks 1 hr pranayama class per week

$15 / 1.5 hr class

$10 / pranayama hour
* Drop-ins not allowed in some classes. Check schedule for classes.

Private Sessions
$65 / 1 hr session
$85 / 1 hr session with Sara

TO REGISTER
Just come early to the first class, or mail your payment in advance. Wear a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Have bare feet and an empty stomach. Please do not wear perfume, scented lotions or scented deodorant products.

MAKE-UP POLICY
Missed classes are to be made up in any other class during the same 12-week session in which they were missed. Make-ups may not be carried over into the next quarter. No refunds. In emergency cases classes will be converted to drop-in rates and may be used for private sessions.


HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
There will be a spring break Monday, March 26th through (and including) Saturday, March 31st, 2012. The Spring Quarter will begin Sunday, April 1 .

New Students
Generally new students should begin in a Level 1 class or a Supported Asana class. It is acceptable to begin a couple of weeks into the quarter. However, after four weeks, new students should begin in Supported Asana rather than begin Level 1mid-session.

In order to learn the Level 1 syllabus of postures and to learn the basic actions, we ask students to attend six to nine months of Level 1 before moving to Level 2.

To make yoga accessible to everyone, we are now offering a for-donation class on Wednesday night. All are welcome. Pay what you can at class time.

We are also offering a 20% university student discount at this time.
