Join the Deep Study Workshop

One weekend each month…

Friday & Saturday, September 11 & 12, 2015

Sara is teaching two fun and informative evenings each month. Friday night includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and a Q&A. Saturday night includes asana, a yoga sutra discussion and meditation practice. Each evening includes a 20-30 minute savasana (deep rest/corpse pose). Join us at this introductory level. August is a great opportunity to get started at the ground level since we are still working on the Introductory Syllabus. (Although you may begin any month.) Our Classes

Our classes run in 12-week sessions with a short break between quarters. You may begin at any time.  It is not necessary to start at the beginning of a quarter although, for level 1 classes, it is advisable.  Just choose a class from the schedule page and either pre-register online or pay at class time.  No need to call ahead. Just show up a few minutes early to fill out our New Student Registration form.

We are Pittsburgh’s only officially certified Iyengar Yoga studio. All of our teachers have extensive training in the Iyengar method, and each continues to improve her practice and her teaching skills. We work as a team, with a systematic approach, to help our students progress through the many practices of yoga regardless of their fitness level, age or limitations.
